EC and DB: There is not a precise starting date, because Floema Group regularly looks for talented resources.


EC: BSc or MSc undergraduate students (preferably not MSc graduates) possibly eligible for Erasmus+ scholarship provided by their university (our company can sign the trilateral agreement with the student and university).

DB: Students pursuing or young professionals holding a degree or certification in Furniture Product Design (mainly), but having also ability in Interior and Graphic Design.


EC: Fluent in English language (both spoken and written), knowledge of additional CEE languages is an added value, open minded, extroverted, reliable, precise, result oriented, pursuing a degree in economics / business administration / marketing / architecture / engineering management / foreign languages.

DB: Proficient in the usage of product, interior and graphic design related software packages; fluent in English language (both spoken and written), knowledge of additional CEE languages is an added value; dynamic, proactive, innovative, open-minded, extroverted, reliable, precise, result-oriented.


EC: Participation in the definition of the company strategic directions for the internationalization in the CEE market, competitor analyses, sales and marketing channels identification, active contribution in creating defined actions to target the company growth, representing the company in different international events and associations (e.g. industrial, sector, market fairs), identification of potential new clients and partners, approaching and making follow up with already found potential clients and partners (composed by constructors, interior designers, architects, leasing companies), taking part on international research & development projects and leading selected sub-activities, social media management, communication and informative content creation for specific defined materials, interaction with the headquarter’s colleagues to align on different common projects and activities, company presentations and reports preparation, trade fairs planning and organization, national and international tenders screening and related material preparation.

DB: (Co-)create a sustainable design vision to develop Floema Home brand, design marketable 3D products on quarterly basis under the direction of the management and in alignment with the technical department, rendering the designed products into specific 3D internal environments, make analyses of competitors’ products, taking part on international development projects and leading selected sub-activities, create the graphics of brochures/catalogues and ensure their finalization.


EC: The educational targets are identified in learning/improving both specific means of corporate management and in the meantime thinking strategically with a big picture. The company will aim to transfer to the intern all the knowledge to successfully manage a medium-sized company which has been expanding its businesses in other geographical markets. Furthermore, the trainee will have the chance to learn a series of soft skills related to negotiations, communication and consultancy, since the intern will be involved in business meetings with the aim to representing the company also autonomously during and after the internship.

DB: Floema Group is currently in an important phase of horizontal integration to further develop the Home Furniture division; consequently, the role of and the expectation from the Design team is to support the company in the extension of the product portfolio from the existing bedroom collections to the living, dining and bathroom furniture products creation, embracing tradition and innovation. These learnings will be integrated with the improvement of competences in the areas of interior design and customer relations, since the resources will have the chance to constantly interact with clients to improve the final realizations of the design project proposals with freedom of act.


EC: Financial contribution for a specific accommodation arranged by the company, opportunities of project-based work also in “smart working” (flexi-time and flexi-place), foreign business trips, participation and representing the company in international fairs & exhibitions, hiring possibility at the end of the internship.

DB: Financial compensation to be defined after the initial assessment, opportunities of project-based work also in “smart working” (flexi-place and flexi-time), foreign business trips, participation and representing the company in international fairs & exhibitions, hiring possibility at the end of the experience in case of internship, stepping into leading positions (Chief Designer/Art Director) in case of visible motivation and increased competencies after the first year in case of freelance or job positions.
