Floema Group was founded in the 1960s and now it is a Marche-based company specializing in Made in Italy furnishing solutions. The company comprises four internal divisions each excelling in the production of bedroom furnishings, acoustic doors, acoustic panels, and bespoke furnishing projects. Our goal is to combine excellent quality craftsmanship with modern design and technology to create products that distinguish themselves for their durability and functionality.

In the heart of Montefeltro, the Pierucci brothers began producing furniture for third parties, guided by determination and a strong bond with their homeland.

With the introduction of Phonotamburato technology to its products, the company focused on people’s well-being and, adopting the name Floema, launched a new phase marked by innovation and design.

A crisis in the sector forced reinvention. The second generation of the Pierucci family joined the company, bringing fresh energy and shifting the focus to panel production, marking a new chapter.

Floema integrated Cinova, a company specialized in bedroom production, expanding expertise and offerings, and creating multiple product lines that combine quality, tradition, and modernity.

In the late 2000s, Mirco Pierucci, grandson of one of the founders, became CEO and led the company’s transformation toward a new identity, bringing an innovative approach and a forward-looking vision.

With the launch of Floema Pro, specialized in custom furniture for villas and hotels, Floema established itself as a complete group, capable of meeting diverse needs and ambitious projects.
